Recreational Ice Skating Instructors Course

Course Description: This ​exciting ​new ​program ​is ​designed ​for ​the ​individual ​that ​has ​a ​keen ​interest ​in ​skating ​and ​wants ​to ​teach ​young ​skaters ​basic ​skills ​to ​enjoy ​the ​sport. ​Using ​unique ​methods ​of ​teaching ​through ​games, ​toys, ​and ​most ​of ​all ​fun. ​This ​course ​will ​cover ​such ​topics ​as ​teaching ​methods, ​class ​management ​and ​communication. ​Sessions ​will ​take ​place ​on ​and ​off ​the ​ice. ​Upon ​successful ​completion ​you ​will ​receive ​a ​RFABC ​certification ​for ​this ​provincially ​recognized ​course. ​(Must ​be ​minimum ​of ​16 ​years ​old ​and ​posses ​strong ​skating ​skills) ​Friday to Sunday 1-6 pm (Daily)

Registration Fee: Member $225/Non Member $250.00
