The purpose of the Recreation Facilities Association of British Columbia (RFABC) is to promote general interest, education, safe operating standards, professionalism and support among recreation facility operators, Commission and Board members in the successful operations of arenas, auditoriums, community centres, swimming pools, stadiums, parks and other recreation facilities.

POWER ENGINEERING COURSE
The RFABC and the Pacific Institute of Power Engineering have teamed up to provide a quality 5th Class Power Engineering Correspondence Course (Refrigeration Endorsement). This course can be taken by correspondence over a 6 month period. Fees $602.00 (non refundable, includes GST). Registration is ongoing and you can register anytime. ENERGY TRAINING FOR BUILDING OPERATORS
This training program contributes to raising the energy efficiency awareness and competencies of building operators in BC and, ultimately, will reduce energy use in this sector.
